INTERNSHIP – Event Production Assistant
Location: Vancouver, Canada (remote work + coworking space available)

Main Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the founder, the intern will assist with the coordination and production of various event formats:
Supporting event planning and logistics (vendors, schedules, venues, suppliers)
Preparing production documents and tracking tools (checklists, cue sheets, etc.)
Providing on-site assistance during events (depending on availability and schedule)
Participating in planning meetings and post-event debriefs
Conducting research on new concepts, ideas, or potential partners
Profile
Student in Event Management, Communication, or Tourism (BTS, Bachelor’s, or Master’s level).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; creative and proactive.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must have their own laptop.

Mainly remote work with access to a coworking space in Vancouver covered by Flyberry.
Meals provided during production days.
