✦ Bold Conversations. Afternoon Tea, Reimagined.
Welcome to Le Goûter, (pronounced "goo-TAY" - rhymes with “hooray”), a live podcast-style experience where work, identity, and real life collide in style. Le Goûter is where we ask the questions that rarely get answered… out loud.
It’s not a panel. It’s not a talk show. It’s a moment.
Two guests. One audacious and honest conversation.
A room full of curious minds, sipping tea, snacking on French treats, and leaning into conversation that actually means something.
What to Expect:
A show, not a panel. Each event features two carefully chosen guests speaking candidly on one bold theme.
A stylish set. Think podcast mics, velvet couches, curated lighting, and a full tea-time aesthetic.
French-inspired refreshments. Always included, madeleines, mini croissants or curated snack bags.
Clips will be featured on Youtube + social
A new question, monthly. From “Am I too old for a dream life?” to “My job is my identity, who am I without it?”

🎤 Upcoming Episodes:
EPISODE 3 - “Extroverts vs. Introverts: How Do You Navigate the Corporate World?”
Have you thrived in leadership as the quiet one? Built a career by listening first and speaking last? Or, have you used your extroversion to own the room, pitch boldly, and climb with charisma? We’re looking for two professionals who understand the game and have succeeded in navigating (or transforming) traditional corporate culture by owning who they are.
📅 Filming: March 2026 (looking for our Extrovert speaker)
EPISODE 4 – “What Happens When Your Job Is No Longer Needed?”
AI, automation, and restructuring are changing the workplace faster than ever. Some roles are already disappearing, others are being quietly reshaped, often without clear guidance on what comes next.
We’re looking for professionals who are navigating this shift in real time: people whose roles have evolved because of AI or technology, leaders preparing teams for change, or individuals who’ve had to rethink their skills and career path.
This episode explores which jobs are at risk, how people can prepare, and what it really means to stay relevant in an uncertain future of work.
📅 Filming: March 2026 (looking for speakers)

“My job is my identity: Who am I without it?”
For many of us, our work defines us. Our career title becomes our last name. But what happens when it’s gone, because we leave, get laid off, burn out, or simply outgrow it?
This first episode brings together two women who have faced this question head-on, and who’ve chosen to rebuild their identity with courage, curiosity, and depth.

“Am I too old for a dream life?”
Have you ever caught yourself thinking: “Is it too late for me to chase the life I always imagined?”
In this episode of Le Goûter, we unpack the myth of “too late” with insightful guests who’ve reimagined success on their own terms, at 30, 40, 50, and beyond. Whether you’re switching careers, starting your passion project, or just wondering if the clock is still ticking in your favor, this conversation is for you.
Who we are looking for:
Each topic will have 2 panelists who are:
Authentic & articulate, not just polished
Ideally not public speakers, but influential leaders with something to say
Reflect diverse lived experiences (race, gender, industries, countries of origin, neurodiversity, etc.)
Vancouver based (or can travel)
Have a personal story that ties into a chosen topic
What is a goûter?
In France, the goûter or quatre-heures; the latter name refers to its timing at around four in the afternoon, is lighter than a full meal and is more often consumed by children than by adults. It traditionally consisted of a slice of bread with butter and jam, or with a piece of chocolate, or even a pain au chocolat. Today, children often have cookies or packaged treats instead. Among adults, enjoying pastries with a cup of tea or coffee is still common.
