As a 3D Animation Designer at Flyberry Events, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our agency's creative side through visually stunning and innovative designs. You will be responsible for creating 3D animations and decors that captivate our audience, effectively communicate our brand message, and promote our expertise in event design. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our dynamic team based in Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually striking 3D animations and designs to be used across Flyberry Events' social media platforms and website.

• Conceptualize and create compelling decors that align with our brand image, emphasizing the creativity and uniqueness of our events.

• Collaborate closely with the Founder & Creative Director to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.

• Utilize AI software and 3D animation software to bring concepts to life and enhance the visual appeal of our digital platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D animation and design, incorporating innovative techniques into your work.

• Ensure consistency and brand integrity in all designs, adhering to Flyberry Events' visual guidelines and style.

• Collaborate with other freelancers and team members, providing creative input and feedback during project development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Animation Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of 3D animations and designs.

• Proficiency in AI software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D).

• Solid understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.

• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas that align with the Flyberry Events brand.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and incorporate feedback into designs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the event industry or related creative fields.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

• Ability to create designs that are adaptable for both digital and print media.
