Enter the event coach, a.k.a. your advisor. They’re here to provide professional guidance to help you solve problems and reduce stress during your event planning.

They will work closely with your team—including assistants, event professionals, and executives—to ensure every detail is managed effectively. From setting goals and developing strategies to handling budgets, selecting vendors, and sourcing venues, they oversee all aspects to prevent issues and save you time and money.

6 sessions of 30 minutes each or 3 sessions of 1 hour each to work on:
Goals and concepts
Strategy and budget
Vendor selection and venue sourcing
Review of estimates and contracts
Agenda, checklist, and critical path

A wedding consultant takes your ideas and desires and creates a detailed plan tailored to your needs, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. With your vision and our expertise, you get to handle the planning while we provide expert advice and support.
This service is great for couples who wish to plan their wedding themselves but value some professional guidance. In 8 sessions, we'll help establish a timeline, create an action plan, and address those often-overlooked details.
